subject The Mad is up...

As of 4:00 pm it was at a very low boatable level of 232 cfs, but it's clearly headed up from there.

The New Haven is definitely rising, but it needs at least another 150 cfs or so. Actually, up in Bristol the Ledges might be at a low boatable level by now.
