Re: My Wednesday (scheduled) trip
- If the Lower New Haven (LNH) comes up around 750-800 cfs, that will be the venue. Right now it's at 550 cfs [now 636 cfs and dropping at 7:30am], but it's supposed to rain overnight and Wednesday morning. Meet at the (white) 7th Day Adventist Church on Rt 116, on the right as you enter Bristol from the north (the put-in).
- If the LNH gets bigger than 800 or so, we'll meet instead at Huntington Gorge (the usual take-out) and we'll run the Huntington River instead. I will post a message here mid-day on Wednesday to firm up the plan. Both of these runs are roughly 3 miles in length and will take close to 2 hours to complete, but it's staying light until nearly 8pm these days!
