subject RASTA's 2019 DisasTour needs safety boaters!

Note from CW:  Drysuits are strongly recommended for all safety boaters, even if late April turns out to be warmer than anticipated. I have almost always worn one for safety boating in the Onion River Race on the Winooski in early June. You never know how much time you might have to spend in the water.
