The Phoeneticians believed that the days a mariner spent on the water did not count against his lifetime allotment. Though we do not want to imply that boating brings immortality, those who boat as much as possible can at least expect to die happy!

The Water & Weather section will help you to ascertain current river conditions, and report on conditions you personally have observed.
