We put on at about 2:30 pm. See the USGS gauge readings for Nov. 1. The gauge flow was 850 cfs at 2:30.
Given the location of the gauge (9+ miles downstream) and the declining flow, we were probably seeing a flow similar to that recorded at 4:30 pm or later.
The LNH is largely free of wood right now, aside from a few trees leaning over the river with hanging branches. These may be more of a concern at substantially higher flows.
