subject Champlain paddling/camping

Planning a canoe trip on Champlain from Whitehall to Burlington. Finding a camping/lodging dead zone between Kingsland Bay and North Beach. Noblewood Park in Willsboro sites are closed. That part of the lake gets pretty big and the shoreline more difficult, cliffs and private property. Any ideas for camping or lodging in the area would be much appreciated.
